This trip is NON REFUNDABLE for any cancellation initiated by the guest. You will not receive a refund nor a travel credit. Seitz Travel, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. Therefore, this trip is NON REFUNDABLE. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Should the airline price increase above the rate that was calculated in the cost of this trip, Seitz Travel, LLC reserve the right to reflect the price in the final invoice. -

Flight schedule is subject to change. Prior to making your US Domestic Flight arrangements, please confirm that there are no changes based on the Airline Schedule. -

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MONTHLY PAYMENTS
Scheduled monthly payments must be made on or before the 20th of each month. Final payment for this trip must be received NO LATER than SEPTEMBER 20, 2026. Traveljoy’s credit card processing fees will be reflected monthly on the invoice under the title of Convenience Fee.
All prices are based on the international rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, All Seitz Travel, LLC, reserves the right to reflect changes in the final invoice. -
CONVENIENCE FEES
The convenience fee is comprised of credit card processing fees and Traveljoy's technology and administrative fees. Traveljoy is a third-party processing company, and the convenience fees are collected by their company. The convenience fees will be divided equally and will be included in each monthly payment.

Detailed Itinerary: A day-by-day schedule will be released 30-60 days in advance to plan your free time and your themed outfits (if any). -
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Seitz Travel, LLC, we curate unforgettable travel experiences with precision, passion, and meticulous planning. Because this is a custom group package with prearranged accommodation, excursions, and services, we operate under a strict no cancellation, no refund policy.
TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY -
TRANSFERABLE TRIP:
If you are unable to travel and would like to transfer your trip to someone of your choice, it is at our discretion as to if we will allow this to happen, due to our policy. If you are allowed to transfer your trip, this has to be done within 30 days prior to departure. Should you have a roommate, you must obtain approval in writing from said roommate, if applicable, prior to making a request, if the said roommate is okay with the change.
Further, any name change fees from any of our travel vendors will be your responsibility. Your replacement person must comply with the payment schedule as described in this document.
