You are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers if you choose the land-only package. Cynthia can help you book your flights if you need her to help. When making your flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Gran Canaria at Las Palmas de Gran Canaria Airport (LPA is the airport code) on October 2, 2026. This means many of you must fly out of the United States on October 1, 2026. You should also schedule your departure flight from the César Manrique-Lanzarote Airport (ACE is the airport code) in Lanzarote on October 17, 2026. Please let Cynthia know if you have any questions.

For those electing to use our installment payment option, adherence to the stipulated monthly payment schedule is required to maintain active reservation status. This includes ensuring that any shared accommodation partners are equally responsible for their payment obligations.

If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

If you require another class of service other than the economy seats that are included in the full package, you should purchase the land-only package.

A fee for name changes is imposed as follows: $200 prior to the final payment deadline as indicated on your invoice; thereafter, a fee of $250 plus any additional charges levied by our suppliers will apply.

A late payment fee of $250 per individual is mandated subsequent to the final payment cut-off date as specified on your invoice.
