CABIN OVERVIEW
Inside Cabin
Royal Caribbean’s Inside Cabins are a great choice for travelers seeking the most budget-friendly option without sacrificing comfort. These cabins are thoughtfully designed with clever storage solutions and modern décor, providing a cozy retreat after a day of activities. Some ships feature Virtual Balconies, large high-definition screens that display real-time views of the ocean, adding a unique experience even without a physical window. Inside Cabins are perfect for guests who prioritize spending time enjoying the ship’s amenities and ports rather than in the room.
Porthole Cabin (Ocean View Cabin)
Porthole Cabins, officially called Ocean View Cabins on Royal Caribbean, offer natural light and scenic views through a picture window or round porthole. They provide a balance between affordability and comfort, ideal for guests who prefer a connection to the sea without the premium price of a balcony. These cabins are bright and well-appointed, making them a great mid-tier option for cruisers who enjoy relaxing in their room with a glimpse of the ocean.
Balcony Cabin
Balcony Cabins are among the most popular choices on Royal Caribbean, offering private outdoor space where guests can unwind and take in the ocean views. These rooms feature floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead to a balcony with seating, perfect for quiet mornings, sunsets, or enjoying room-service meals alfresco. Balcony Cabins come in various sizes, with some offering extended balconies or views of the ocean, Central Park, or Boardwalk on select ships. They provide a comfortable blend of indoor relaxation and outdoor enjoyment, ideal for cruisers who value privacy and scenic views.
OTHER CRUISE INFORMATION
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Trip insurance is highly recommended. Please purchase travel insurance. You will be offered travel insurance with Faye Travel Insurance during checkout; please purchase your travel insurance at that time to protect your investment.
TRAVEL NOTES
When cruising, it’s important to have the right documents to ensure smooth sailing. You’ll need a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, and a certified birth certificate if you’re sailing on a closed-loop cruise (one that begins and ends at the same U.S. port). However, I strongly recommend traveling with a valid passport—in case of an emergency or unexpected change where you must fly home from a foreign port, a passport is required to re-enter the U.S. It’s also wise to bring your cruise line boarding documents, any required visas, and proof of travel insurance. Having these essentials ready will give you peace of mind and let you focus on enjoying your trip!
You are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers if you are flying in to New Orleans.
