TRAVEL INSURANCE:

• Travel abroad requires that your Passport be valid at least 6 months beyond our travel departure date unless the U.S. has a Waiver/Exemption with the country in which you are traveling.
• Visitors traveling to the U.S. are required to be in possession of passports that are valid for six months beyond the period of their intended stay in the U.S. unless the U.S. has a waiver/exemption with said country.
• At this time, the country in which you are traveling has a Waiver/Exemption with the United States. Therefore, your passport must be active for the entire duration of your travel. However, it is highly recommended that your passport be valid for six weeks beyond the period of your intended stay after your scheduled return to the U.S.
• Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
• Some countries may require that you bring your Covid Vaccination Card. We will notify all travelers if such requirement is in force.
• All prices are based on the International rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Seitz Travel reserves the right to reflect changes in the final invoice.
• Should the airline price increase above the rate that was calculated in the cost of this trip, Seitz Travel reserves the right to reflect the price in the final invoice.
• You are responsible for your Airline Flights from your home base to the airport where we are departing and returning to and back to your home base. If Airline Flights are not included, then you are responsible for every detail of your Airline Flight.
• Our tentative airline flight schedule is as follows: Depart JFK, New York (JFK) on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 11:00p.m. and Arrive in Dubai (DBX) on Friday, October 10, 2025 at 7:45p.m. Dubai time.
Return details are: Depart Dubai (DBX) on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 8:30a.m. Dubai time. Arrive in JFK, New York (JFK) on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 2:25p.m. EST. Flight schedule is subject to change.
Prior to making your US Domestic Flight arrangements, please confirm that there are no changes based on the Airline Schedule.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents will be sent via email 20-30 days prior to travel. If documents are requested when e-documents are available, documents will be sent via USPS approximately 14-21 days prior, and a fee of $30 will apply. A complete street address is required (no P.O Box).

• Monthly payments are required to retain your reservation. In the case that any payments are missed within the designated month to be paid, your trip maybe subject to cancellation without notice and all monies paid will be immediately forfeited.
Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

• Airline seat arrangements are solely up to the airline. Seats for this group tour are only located in economy class. If you require a certain seat, we recommend notifying us immediately.
• Name change fee will be accessed on or before the final payment date or your invoice plus any vendor fees.
